Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we’ll explain what we’ve found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.

Adjustments $35.00

 

Our Payment Policy

Payment is expected at time of service. With your permission, we will contact your insurance company to determine your coverage.  Your co-pay will be determined and kept current weekly. We will file your insurance at no charge unless special circumstances require that multiple insurances be billed.
